Staking Services

Crypto.com may offer staking mining services for specified digital assets to eligible users on a periodic basis.

Participation in staking is voluntary. We reserve the right to launch or discontinue staking for any token at our discretion.

By participating in staking, you acknowledge that all investment decisions are your own free will, and you accept all associated risks.

Staking Yield

Yield is distributed according to on-chain mining rewards, subject to platform service fees. Distribution rules are determined by the platform and the underlying blockchain protocol.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Network delays, system failures, or force majeure events may result in service suspension or yield interruption.

Risk Disclosure

Digital asset trading carries significant investment risk. We do not provide any guarantees on market returns, and you may suffer partial or total loss of investment.

We do not own or control any blockchain network and make no warranties regarding the stability, security, or availability of public chains.

All tax obligations arising from digital asset transactions are your sole responsibility.
